Other signs of stress include panic attacks, stomach problems, anxiety, back pain, sleeping problems, and headaches. If your doctor diagnoses your skipped heart beat with upper back pain symptoms as stress related, you need to learn stress management skills and ways to reduce the stress in your life.
It is important to seek the proper medical care and once diagnosed, follow your doctor’s advice. Although a skipped heart beat with upper back pain is a frightening experience and should never be ignored, there are ways to recognize and treat the problem.
